At Preferential Option Law Offices, we are committed to helping individuals and families navigate the immigration system with clarity, compassion, and confidence.

Our main location is in Savannah, Georgia, and we are committed to advocating for immigrants detained at the Folkston ICE Processing Center, less than two hours away.

Preferential Option represents clients across the country, and our team is dedicated to providing legal support that meets people where they are, whether in detention, in the community, or anywhere in the United States.

Every Sunday, clients can schedule in-person consultations at our Savannah office and can schedule an appointment in Miami, FL bi-monthly. We also travel to detention centers throughout the South to meet directly with those in custody.

Do I have to be in Georgia or florida to work with you?

We represent people all over the U.S. — including those in detention — in-person and through secure platforms like Webex. We also offer in-person meetings in Savannah and Miami.

What if I missed my one year asylum filing deadline or a court hearing?

Every case is different. Call us as soon as possible — we can talk through your options and see what might still be possible.
