Affordable flat fee pricing for qualifying clients. No payment will be requested until a client has signed a representation agreement with Preferential Option. Those who cannot complete payment immediately may qualify for low-interest financing using Affirm’s pay later service. Direct payment plans with Preferential Option may be available in exceptional cases if a client provides our office with documentary evidence of temporary financial hardship. 

Preferential Option uses LawPay. Web-based payment available using the link below, including “pay later” option with Affirm for qualifying individuals.

Please remember to include the client’s name in the ‘Reference’ box. It helps us make sure your payment is matched to the right case!
